I guess we are all taking advantage of the sunshine after a long cold winter. Even this proud swan was enjoying his day in late March when the ice had all melted.

Good day.
Wonderful capture of a grooming swan in that sunny and sparkling water!
The swan looks so content on the water. I think a;most all the ice has finally melted here too!
Fascinating photos. the swan is rather photogenic :-) and the sun sparkling off the water seems to create little diamonds on the surface.
I think swans are born with a pose gene. They always are only too happy to sit perfectly for their photo. Lovely shot.

I always enjoy looking at the glistening water. Have a great day.
It looks like it is really enjoying being in the sunshine. Maybe it's just all of those glimmering highlights in the water that make it seem so inviting.
l love that shimmery water. Thanks!
How pretty in the sparkling water! Very nice WW post
Lovely shots - love the sparkles on the water!
My post is here: Carletta’s Captures.
Dazzling water. It gives an extra mysterious and majestic quality to the already mysterious and majestic swan.
Yay! Spring! Lovely photos - swans are so beautiful.
The swan is beautiful, wonderful photos!
wonderful picture of swan enjoying her swimming and grooming activities.
Nothing much is as springlike like a beautiful swan on glittering water. Such scenes have only just become apparennt over here now. March was still very much winter.
Marvelous sparkle, and it really highlights the swan perfectly.
How wonderful - the little sun stars on the water are gorgeous.
