My World Tuesday: Summer Spiderweb

This was a picture taken back in September. I took my morning coffee out onto the deck and lo and behold, there's a perfectly formed spider's web with the light shining through. Liam thought it was really cool. Here it is!

Wow, what a great shot! The morning sunlight lighting and the dark, naturally colored background are perfect. Spiders have always amazed me in how they create natural beauty like this but at the same time have it serve a self-sustaining purpose. It does make me wonder...where is our eight-legged friend?

That's a wonderful capture of the spider's world with a world.

What a terrific shot! I love the webs! Found one like it on window one evening complete with spider resident. Got a shot but it was too dark to see it well. This one is great!

Isn't it remarkable how the spiders can do that?

Those spider webs predict the advent of the change of seasons. See afew and you know autumn is on the way. Nice capture.

I like the way the spiderweb catches the light. I've learned it's not that easy to take a shot of a spider web with auto focus on. I have to remember how to do it manually. Nice shot.
